What AgenTrace is

AgenTrace is a memory system for coding agents, delivered as an MCP server. It stores, retrieves, and ranks context across sessions so your agent starts each session with relevant history.

The service is currently in early access. Features, APIs, and pricing may change without notice.

Acceptable use

You may use AgenTrace for any lawful purpose. You may not:

• Use the service to store content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the service infrastructure.
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without written permission.

Your data

You own the content you store in AgenTrace. We do not claim any rights over your memory nodes, decisions, or context. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.

No warranty

AgenTrace is provided as-is during the early access period. We make no guarantees of uptime, data persistence, or fitness for a particular purpose. Always maintain your own backups of critical project context.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgenTrace and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of AgenTrace after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
