What we collect
When you request early access, we collect your name, email address, company, role, and any use-case details you provide. We use this solely to evaluate and fulfil your access request.
If you use the AgenTrace MCP server, memory nodes you save (decisions, risks, findings, context) are stored in your own database. We do not have access to the content of your memory graph.
How your data is stored
Memory node payloads are encrypted at rest using AES-GCM before being written to the database. Early access request data is stored in plaintext in a private database accessible only to the AgenTrace team.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
- We do not read the contents of your memory graph.
- We do not share your early access information with anyone outside the AgenTrace team.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on this site.
Data retention
Early access request data is retained until your account is set up or your request is closed. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.
